283 Queen (Fall 2027): This off-campus student accommodation featuring both modern studios and shared units elevates student living all while staying in proximity to Queen's University and downtown Kingston, ON.
Western Community College (Fall 2028): WCC's new student housing program launches with this new student residence built to support community, convenience and student success just steps from the campus in vibrant Surrey, BC.

That’s why all UniLodge Canada properties feature robust security measures, including cameras and card access for elevators and doors. No matter which property you choose to call home, you’ll always feel safe in your UniLodge Canada housing. When housing is on campus, you’ll also benefit from campus security features, with our team working in close collaboration with campus safety services.
Inclusive & Welcoming Student Housing
UniLodge Canada welcomes students from around the world, and many of our team members are fluent in multiple languages, bringing strong cross-cultural communication skills to their roles. From managing parcel deliveries to advising on student supports and activities, our friendly team members are here to help with a wide range of topics.
We take pride in creating communities that are welcoming to Indigenous students, and our commitment to this is no different in Canada. Our team will collaborate closely with Indigenous Support Services on campus and in the community to foster an inclusive, connected environment.
If you’re an international student needing assistance with housing, UniLodge Canada partners with education agencies that recommend and refer students to our managed properties. Our established relationships with IDP Education, AUG Student Services, and various other referral and migration agents ensure that international students receive the support they need in Canada, just as they do in Australia and New Zealand.
